Careers at Studio Lantern Solutions

A production studio in Venice. Work that gets measured for a year, and honest conversations about making less of it.

Life here

Why work with us

Your work is tracked

Every asset you make is measured for twelve months. It is uncommon in production and it makes people better at it quickly.

No volume targets

Nobody is measured on pieces delivered. Recommending a smaller production is a good outcome here.

Proper crew conditions

Turnaround between shoot days is respected and overtime is paid rather than absorbed.

Published salary

Every advertisement carries the real range. No unpaid work, ever, including spec treatments.
